Our Community

Our neighborhood is located in the Lake Jeanette area of Northern Greensboro, NC. Home to 202 single family homes, this friendly neighborhood is a great place to live. Building for the 3 phases of Lakeshore Village began in 1996. Neighbors can get to know each other better at our newly created picnic area when the 3 annual socials are offered. We are located close to shopping at the North Elm Village center and have easy access to North Church Street and Pisgah Church Road. A new Lake Jeanette library is planned for nearby on Lake Jeanette Road. Children in the area attend Northern Guilford Elementary School, Northern Guilford Junior High School, and Northern Guilford Senior High School. Greensboro has much to offer its residents- numerous colleges and universities, local dining, beautiful parks, and shopping- all in the heart of the Triad!
